The Squatter

This particular houseboat is owned by what is commonly called a 'Squatter'. Squatters are residents who make their homes on the lake and consequently they do not pay any taxes or other household fees. This practise is being frowned upon and is presently under legal review.

Modern-day squatters! Amazing. I wonder what they use for plumbing, as in getting rid of dish water, laundry water, flushing the toilet. Hopefully not into the pristine lake!

Very interesting. A new way to evade taxes. And I can't help but wonder about plumbing and electricity needs too.
