By mid afternoon today the temperatures soared to 35.5C or 95F thus qualifying this water fountain as the attraction of the day.

May and June are huge months for graduations where students travel to and form various functions in hired limousines. A somewhat expensive venture but one that affords peace of mind for parents and relatives.

Loading Dock

The West coast is well known for its massive seaport traffic. A container ship is approaching one of the loading docks as the photo is taken.

Weekend

We started on our trip to the West Coast encountering various weather patterns from light fog and misty rain through the mountain passes to bright sunshine and very warm temperatures upon our arrival and for the duration of the weekend.
